2. What data we process and why

When you email us at hola@jardielectronic.com: your name, email address and the information you share, so we can reply and deal with your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and, if your enquiry concerns a ticket or event, management of that relationship.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, so we can send you upcoming dates, lineups and news about Jardí Electrònic. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email or by contacting us. We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed.

When you buy a ticket: purchases take place on Enterticket, which collects your purchase and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. If we receive attendee data as organisers (such as your name or email address), we use it only to manage your ticket and admission and to notify you of changes to the event. Legal basis: performance of the ticket purchase contract.

When you browse the website: the hosting server may log technical data, such as your IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the website secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in website security.

This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. How long we keep your data

We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and afterwards for any legally required periods (for example, for tax obligations or possible claims). Enquiry messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf to deliver their services, with the safeguards required by applicable rules: our website and email hosting provider (Arsys), ticketing platform (Enterticket) and newsletter service (Brevo, with servers in the European Union).

If you visit our Instagram profile from this website, that service is provided by Meta Platforms under its own privacy policy and may involve international data transfers subject to the safeguards established by that company.

5. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hola@jardielectronic.com and stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Children

If you are under 14, do not send us personal data without the consent of your parents or guardians.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if our services or applicable rules change. The current version is always the one published on this page.
